Please read this document carefully before using the we1wi platform. By registering or using our services, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out below. These Terms apply to all users in Malaysia.

1Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the we1wi platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all related policies, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
To use the we1wi platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age or have reached the age of majority as defined under Malaysian law.
- Be legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
- Not prohibited by any applicable local laws or regulations from using online betting or entertainment services.
- Register using accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information.
If you do not agree with any of the terms in this document, you are not permitted to use our platform. we1wi reserves the right to reject registration applications or terminate the account of any user found to be in breach of these eligibility requirements.
2Account Registration, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the we1wi platform. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice.
Account Security
You are fully responsible for the confidentiality of your password and all activity that occurs under your account. Please ensure you:
- Use a strong, unique password that is not shared with anyone.
- Log out after every session, especially when using a shared or public device.
- Report any unauthorised access to your account to we1wi support immediately.
- Do not allow others to use your account.
Accurate Account Information
All information provided during registration and throughout your use of the platform must be accurate, complete, and up to date. we1wi reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time for account verification purposes. Failure to provide the required documents may result in a temporary suspension or permanent closure of the account.
3Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals in MYR
All financial transactions on the we1wi platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is registered in their own name.
- Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits vary depending on the payment method selected and are subject to change from time to time.
- All deposits are final and non-refundable once processed, except under specific circumstances as determined by we1wi.
- Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or eWallet that has been verified under the same user's name.
- We1wi reserves the right to reject or delay any withdrawal suspected of involving fraudulent activity or money laundering.
- Any taxes or service charges imposed by banks or payment providers are the responsibility of the user.
- Winnings and account balances do not earn interest.
In the event of a dispute relating to a transaction, users must contact the we1wi support team within 30 days of the transaction date. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered.
4Platform Usage Rules & Prohibited Conduct
Users agree to use the we1wi platform solely for lawful and personal purposes. Using the platform for commercial purposes without prior written consent from we1wi is strictly prohibited.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and legal action:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technology that manipulates the system or games.
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
- Using false information or another person's identity during registration or transactions.
- Engaging in any money laundering activity through the platform.
- Attempting to access restricted areas of the system or interfering with platform functionality.
- Abusing bonuses, promotions, or special offers in a manner that contradicts the terms of the relevant promotion.
- Using a VPN or other technical means to conceal your actual location in order to circumvent applicable geographical restrictions.
We1wi reserves the right to investigate any suspected activity and take appropriate action, including placing a hold on relevant funds while the investigation is ongoing.
5Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Account Policies
Liability Limits
We1wi provides this platform on an "as-is" basis. We make no guarantees regarding the platform's continuous, uninterrupted availability. we1wi shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of funds, data, or anticipated profits.
We1wi's total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the date the liability claim arose.
Intellectual Property
All content on the we1wi platform — including logos, designs, text, images, graphics, software code, and user interfaces — is the exclusive property of we1wi or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written authorisation.
Account Suspension & Closure
We1wi reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time for the following reasons: suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, illegal activity, or at the user's own request. If an account is closed due to a user's violation, we1wi reserves the right to withhold any balance associated with the offending activity.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
We1wi reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the website. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Malaysia.
